The sweet scent of summer is in the air, and at Working Hands Fermentation, we're gearing up for an unforgettable June! As the temperature rises, our bar is buzzing with excitement, and we couldn't wait to share all the amazing things happening this month. Recurring Events

  • Music Bingo: Wednesday, June 7 at 6:30 p.m., free to play. The theme is "Hits: 2009-10." If you dress the theme you can win a prize. (First Wednesdays of the month.)

  • Thursdays, 7 p.m.: Team Trivia ($5/person, 6 people/team)

  • Sundays, 6 p.m.: Open Mic (free)

Specialty & Offsite Events

Sausage Fest: June 3, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. at Working Hands. We're releasing the Thresher Hefeweizen that will send your taste buds into a frenzy; Beer Belly 0.5K Fun Run starts at 11:30 a.m. (winner takes home a spot in Mug Club). Mug Club sign-up starts at 12 p.m., with limited spots available participants are encouraged to arrive early to secure their spot. Event includes live music, kid activities, food, and more.


19 Acres Craft Beverage Fest: June 10, at 19 Acres in Sherwood, Oregon. Join us for this 21+ event featuring local cideries, breweries and wineries. Come out for this summer time event guaranteed to leave you talking about it for months to come.


Father's Day: June 18, 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. at Working Hands. Bring your dad to Working Hands on Father's Day for a special treat on us. It's the perfect way to raise a glass and toast to the incredible fathers in our lives.


School is Out for Summer! June 23 is the last day of school for teachers in Hood River County. We appreciate you! We offer drink discounts year round for all teachers, first responders, active duty service persons, and veterans. *Let your bartender know. Join us for Pint of Science: June event postponed. Next event July 19, at 6:30 p.m. at Working Hands. Monthly all-ages science meetup in your neighborhood where researchers share casual discussions of the latest happenings in their fields. Come check out what's new in science and meet other enthusiasts, students, and researchers. No prior knowledge required!

Chef Ryan Hunter is busy serving up pub fare classics. Follow: @debs_hoodriver on Instagram for regular menu updates. Open 4 p.m. Wednesday - Friday; and 10 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Deb's Kitchen is now serving brunch on the weekends (10 a.m. -2 p.m.). Brunch favorites such as Chicken & Waffles pairs well with a Red Beer or Cidermosa.
